Physical Fitness and Physiotherapy Unit

 

(( Physical Fitness and Physiotherapy Unit ))

 

The Physical Fitness and Physiotherapy Unit is responsible for the following tasks:

  1. Managing the affairs of the division and carrying out the tasks assigned to it by the department management.
  2. Submitting the division's work plan for approval and supervising its implementation.
  3. Organizing physical fitness courses for employees, students, and citizens outside the university.
  4. Rehabilitating athletes participating in university sports championships, detecting, and treating their injuries.
  5. Rehabilitating injured athletes and preparing them to compete in university sports championships.
  6. Providing physiotherapy and rehabilitation services for injuries to athletes and non-athletes alike.

Administrative Unit

 

(( Administrative Unit )) 

The administrative unit is responsible for the following tasks:

  1. Completing all administrative matters related to the department and conducting official correspondence with other parties related to the department's work, as a channel of communication between the department and its various branches and units with the rest of the university's formations and departments.
  2. Managing the department's internal and external mail, issuing administrative orders, and keeping official books and correspondence related to the department.
  3. Following up on the completion of transactions for department members through the procedures that must be met, delivering transactions to the competent authorities, and providing the university presidency with the changes that have occurred in the department's staff.
  4. Preserve the personal files of the department's staff documenting them electronically and updating them continuously.
  5. Completing transactions related to faculty and staff (appointment, promotion, scientific promotion, salary adjustment, service addition, annual allowance, etc.).
  6. Circulating orders and instructions to the branches and units of the department.
  7. Updating the database according to administrative developments.
  8. Conduct maintenance and repair schedules for the department's facilities, including (electrical, sanitary, etc.
  9. Recording assets and using inventory procedures in inventory, withdrawal, and full coordination with the main warehouse at the university.
