The Scouting Activaities Division is responsible for the following tasks:

  1. Managing the affairs of the department and determining the committees responsible for organizing camps and scouting Activaities.
  2. Following up and implementing the administrative tasks assigned to the department by the division.
  3. Setting the general curriculum for scouting Activaities in the university according to the ministry's curriculum.
  4. Supervising the annual curriculum for internal scouting Activaities.
  5. Participating in external scouting Activaities organized by the ministry as part of the annual curriculum.
  6. Forming committees to follow up and implement the scouting Activaities curriculum.
  7. Supervising the work program for preparing and training the staff working in scouting Activaities.
  8. Preparing and equipping scouting teams (rovers and guides) to participate in internal and external scouting Activaities and camps and local and international wooden badge courses.
  9. Evaluating the performance of the staff and their levels in implementing the annual curriculum of scouting Activaities based on the standards of total quality.
  10. Evaluating the results of the college's participation in the annual curriculum prepared for scouting Activaities according to a scientific standard.
  11. Issuing regulations and instructions related to scouting Activaities and disseminating them to the scientific and engineering departments and the university's departments according to the ministry's instructions.
  12. Establishing a database and information about the scientific and engineering departments and the university's departments regarding scouting Activaities, which is updated regularly.
